While we found all of our nurses very pleasant and professional, Dawn really went above and beyond. She took the time to thoroughly review our birth plan and charts before meeting us, and really did everything possible to make sure we were well informed, engaged, and comfortable. She offered helpful tips and information, but was also very unobtrusive. She was extremely sweet on tip of it all.
