I have had a couple of surgeries and Dawn was always there to comfort me. Just recently I had surgery and not only did Dawn take the time to explain the procedure, but she also spoke to the nurses that were going to be there with me. She also spoke to the anesthesiologist because she knew I was terrified and she knew how hard it is to get an IV in me. Even though she was not part of the surgical team, she came in a little early just to see me, talk to me and comfort me before surgery. She is truly an angel in my eyes.
