Recently, I took my daughter to the ED. She had been sick for over a week, dealing with chronic health issues. They got her in right away, and Dawn saw her quickly. Dawn is professional, prompt, and compassionate with her care. My daughter was scared and very sick, and Dawn made her feel comfortable. They ran multiple tests. One of them, my daughter had to be stuck with a needle to check her sugar. My daughter is scared of needles due to a past experience elsewhere. Dawn got down to her and reassured her everything would be ok and made her comfortable and heard. While dealing with my child, Dawn also went above and beyond, making all other patients feel heard and taken care of.

Previously, my sister was in the hospital, and Dawn was also her nurse. My sister had a bad breast infection that another place ignored. Dawn got her help right away to be seen by one of our breast surgeons and got antibiotics. Dawn is an amazing nurse and I thank her for helping my kid and sister.
