Before my mom was transferred, Dawn made sure each family member had a moment to be with her mom and give her a kiss before she left. Dawn made sure to let the family know that she was thinking of them and our mom. Our mom survived the 6-hour surgery with a 1% chance to survive. We believe that if it weren't for Dawn and the rest of the staff we would not have our mom here today. There are not enough words to say thank you to everyone, especially Dawn for the compassion, care, professionalism, and knowledge in the medical field.
