When Dawn floats to our floor, she is like a member of our team. She is always friendly and I have never heard her complain about her assignment. When she is able she is always willing to lend a hand to both CNAs and her fellow nurses. I have received many compliments from patients and their families on the care they receive in the care of Dawn.
