Dawn Evans, RN

The morning after I was admitted for having a heart attack, Dawn was my nurse! As I was being prepared to go to the Cath Lab, she could sense how worried and scared my husband and I were! She took ahold of each of our hands and said ‘My husband had this done eight years ago; he is still with us, and we are just fine! He is still with us!’ She looked at each of us with such care and said, ‘Both of you are going to be just fine as well. You are in excellent hands!’ Dawn took the scariest moment of our lives and put us at peace! We are so thankful for her! If more nurses were like Dawn, hospital stays would not be so scary! Thank you, Dawn!
