A patient called the CNO to express how grateful she was for the care and compassion that Dawn demonstrated during her recent ED visit. The patient said, “I was in the Emergency Room for another day and was treated by Dawn. I wanted to say she was incredible. It has been a long time since I have had that kind of compassion in a healthcare setting. Dawn was superb, and the care they gave was a breath of fresh air, given the current state of healthcare. It was a great experience to be treated by someone that was so kind.
