P: Dawn exhibits a PASSION for nursing with her positive attitude, knowledge and willingness to help others and provide education.
E: Dawn has shown significant EMPATHY towards her patients and staff with her steadfast moral compass and ability to turn any situation around with her generous attitude.
T: Dawn is able to quickly build a rapport and TRUST with our OB patients. They often remark on her calmness and friendliness. She is a reliable TEAM member and is usually the one to step up and volunteer to cover shifts when needed.
A: Dawn has many ADMIRABLE ATTRIBUTES; she has a big heart and is uniquely kind, generous and humble. She always has a smile on her face.
L: Dawn has been a beautiful example of "doing what you LOVE". She shares her love of nursing and patient care in all the big and little ways. She makes our patients feel well cared for and safe.
S: Dawn demonstrates her SELFLESSNESS by going about her job quietly and without thoughts of awards or recognition. The OB department would be lost without her!
Congratulations, Dawn!
