Dawn has been tremendously helpful in educating our family in feeding our son due to his cleft palate. She makes herself readily available for questions and is very willing to help out however she can. She has provided me a fantastic sounding board as we figure out what feeding options work best for him. And, her demeanor is so comforting and welcoming that makes it easy to ask questions and know she’s more than willing to answer anything.
