Dawn was our nurse when we delivered our son. There were some complications during my labor, like the epidural wearing off, but Dawn was always calm and reassuring. When I ended up needing a C-section, I was quite upset, but Dawn helped calm me down. Our baby ended up going to the NICU soon after his birth and in the confusion of the process Dawn was able to keep us informed about what was going on. During our stay in the NICU Dawn came to visit and seemed to genuinely care about our baby, and my own recovery. It was a stressful time for us and Dawn's care helped us to feel less scared.
