Dawn was over the top amazing. She is an extremely thoughtful and caring individual. She went above and beyond today to make sure that my wife was comfortable and that I was mentally comfortable with some hard decisions that had to be made with moving my wife to hospice. Dawn worked with the caseworker and explained my concerns with moving my wife and she was able to get some issues I had resolved with the hospice facility that put my mind to ease. I was struggling this morning with the decision that had to be made and once she helped get the issues resolved, the decision was much easier. My family and I are grateful for her efforts not only today but for the last two days when she provided wonderful care to my dying wife. I am hopeful that you will recognize her for her efforts as I am sure she has blessed many other families in her position.
