After successful breast cancer treatment, the patient had to have a follow-up breast MRI. She had a bad allergic reaction to the contrast in a previous MRI. She said she was extremely anxious about undergoing another MRI and asked Dawn Hayes if she would just be available outside the MRI door in case the patient had another reaction, or an anxiety attack. Dawn not only agreed, but she also went above and beyond with this patient. Dawn removed all her jewelry and metal items and sat next to the patient during the MRI scan and even held her hand until it was over. The patient said that Dawn's kindness "Changed my life!"
