It was my first child. I came in as an unregistered patient and, as soon as I came in, Dawn made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She made sure I had everything I needed and she put me at ease through the whole process. At one point, I needed to slow my breathing and she held my hand, telling me she will be my best friend/mom/maid of honor to help through this since Covid only allowed my husband. This made me feel so loved and care for, which helped me relax. Thank you.
