Dawn Milliken, RN

I was highly anxious with trepidation about the procedure. Dawn, who is an RN, was extremely patient with me and was able, by her quiet, calm actions, to help me relax and lower my anxiety level. Dawn spent time explaining in detail the procedure that I would be experiencing. She remained with me throughout the time I was there and continued to help assuage my fears and anxiety. Her quiet demeanor also played a part in my rapid recovery. I would also like to thank the personnel in the CT room who practiced making the procedure as painless as possible. They also showed great concern for my comfort during the entire procedure. They continually made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Again, a great big thank you to the entire staff of the Radiology Dept.
