Dawn is very optimistic. She smiled genuinely and gave personal experiences to comfort my daughter's mom pre-surgery. She is very energetic and thoroughly in detail explained the upcoming procedure. Dawn gave us her experience of having the same procedure months earlier. She really eased V's mind and although nobody knows, she eased my heart also. Thankfully, Dawn goes beyond her duties to ensure accuracy, comfort, and hospital standards and procedures are met. I am THANKFUL and blessed we had Dawn with us today.
