Dawn was so wonderful to my 84 year old father. He came to the emergency room with severe abdominal pain. They were very busy in the emergency room but she made us feel like we were the only people there. She was so compassionate and spent time caring for Dad. She was answering all his questions in a respectful manner toward an elderly person. She was just amazing for the entire 4 - 5 hours we had to be there. We love her as our nurse. Dawn also "managed up" and talked about the excellent leadership she works under from her immediate manager to the CEO. She was very impressive.
