Dawn just blew me away! She was the sweetest, most compassionate and prepared nurse I have ever encountered. She gave me a clear plan of care, wrote this plan on the board, I knew what to expect, when and how. She also would have all the medications pre-prepared so she wouldn't have to wake me up as much during the night. Her plan of care was so carefully thought out and planned it made a huge difference and both my mom and I were beyond impressed. She is an absolute delight. Her attention to detail was extraordinary and the warmth and compassion in her bedside manner set her apart from the rest.
