I am so amazed by the patience, understanding, and compassion Dawn showed my mother during her stay. When my mother was crying in agonizing pain after they inserted the catheter, Dawn was quick to go through her medication list and contact the doctor right away so my mother would be comfortable by getting her Xanax.

My mother is so confused, but I was touched by how calmly Dawn was talking to her. It helped my mom relax. I was so overwhelmed to see my mother in such distress that I forgot to eat all day and I felt so light-headed. Dawn grabbed me some wheat thins from her lunch bag which really helped me to not pass out. I appreciate Dawn more than she will ever know.
