This was our first grandchild. Our daughter-in-law, son, mother-in-law and her sister were present. Everyone was great, but Dawn Reitz's energy was what made our experience so much better. She totally read the room right away. Her gentle but firm leadership brought us all on the same page. Our daughter-in-law trusted her instantly, she allowed Dawn to teach her breathing techniques that made her experience easier. It was truly a loving, caring and trusting experience.
