My mother had a serious heart attack which left her with devastating news that her life was cut short. During this very difficult time Dawn was one of her nurses. My mom seemed to connect with her from the first time she met her. Dawn worked the night shift, which was especially a hard time for my mom. It was very scary thinking that she may die in her sleep so my mom would worry more in the evening near bedtime. Dawn was able to come in and help calm both my mom and the family. She would go the extra mile to help my mom feel better so she was able to rest as much as possible. Our family is extremely lucky and blessed to have met Dawn. She helped make a devastating situation understandable and as smooth as possible.
