As I watch and work with Dawn every day, she shows care and compassion for every patient she encounters! She not only makes each patient feel like an individual but is also a great resource for her fellow employees. She has an incredible ability to connect with her co-workers and patients. We work in the Ortho Clinic and see patients who have had multiple trauma. Patients coming into our clinic are scared, hurting and nervous. She has a special way of making them feel calm, comfortable and relaxed. Dawn is one of the best RNs I have had the opportunity to work with. She is constantly moving, always positive and loves her job.
