Dawn has a great heart that exhibits compassion and professionalism. She takes the time to understand the patients' needs and concerns and then makes sure they have what is needed to be more independent, remain at home and out of the hospital. She also stays on top of things until a resolution is found. Dawn is a positive role model through her clinical skills and commitment to the agency. She strives for improvement both personally and professionally. She serves as a representative and voice for other nurses, serves on committees and is obtaining educational advancement as a WOCN.
