My brother was hospitalized, and all personnel was excellent. However, Dawn exceeds in full. She is professional, dedicated, patient and caring. We describe her as an 'Angel' at this hospital. My brother would simply hear her voice and felt a sense of comfort. We are extremely grateful for her attention, dedication, and her cleanliness that she provides to her patients, not solely to my brother, and also to my entire family. Dawn receives a lot of good feedback from patient interviews, such as, "Dawn is a very compassionate" and "caring nurse", "She always comes to my room with smile", "Dawn came and explained a lot of things to me". Dawn also assesses patients very well especially on skin. She reports Pressure Ulcers that were not caught by other nurses. Dawn is a very responsible and accountable person among co-workers. I am grateful for her being a part of our team.
