Dawn took time on Saturday to explain the procedures my husband was needing to undergo while in the hospital. She did so in such a loving manner. Dawn made sure my husband, who had a ruptured spleen, transitioned to the operating room safely. She was so very kind and reassuring throughout that challenging period of time. She is a wonderful Nurse and an asset to United Hospital.

Dawn's leader also states that Dawn is a critical resource for our new RNs as she facilitates their orientation. She works beside the Rapid Response Nurses and supports their practice every day. She states as well that "Dawn is an excellent nurse".
