I was very scared when I first arrived, I have multiple sclerosis RR and thankfully I have been following my treatment and overall with my excellent neurologist and your fine nurses, things are going better than expected. Recently, I have declined and when I arrived at SRMH and Dawn came to take me back, I was less than warm. It was almost like she had a "sixth sense." She spoke to me gently, with kindness and respect as if she knew that I was so scared. I just wanted her to hug me and she did! I cannot speak highly enough of her innate nursing skills. Within 15 minutes she had me talked into the fact that I was too smart to be scared and too funny to be sad. I just love her, thank you for hiring her.
I personally have nothing but praise for my experience with your facility and staff. And Dawn is outstanding!
