"I've spent a lot of time in hospitals over these many years (I'm 87) but have never been treated with more gentleness and compassion than I received during my recent stay at room 5-C Cardiac Unit than was provided by Ms. Wisniewski. That fine quality of care can't be taught in nursing school. Two events occurred that were very embarrassing to me. She was gentle and reassuring."
