Dawn provides excellent patient care on a regular and consistent basis. She always verifies her paperwork prior to allowing her patients to go to the OR. She recently caught a consent that did not match the plan of care outlined in the H&P. Dawn refused to allow the patient back until the H&P was amended appropriately. She is a stickler for safety, and we are so proud of her for it.
