Dawna is such an amazing person. She helped me hold my son for the first time! When I was still a "newbie" she helped explain things so that I could understand what was going on with my son. When I'm sad or feeling depressed, she will let me cry and vent to her. She's truly the best nurse I've had. She even makes a point to come see me even when she isn't my son's nurse that night and checks in on him regularly. We love her.
