Dayna is an exceptional nurse who brings a special presence to every unit she floats to. Many of our dementia patients, who can sometimes be challenging to connect with, respond incredibly well to her kindness and love.

One particular example stands out: we had a medically complex dementia patient on our floor, and it was clear that Dayna not only loved and wanted the best for him, but the patient also deeply responded to her care. Her gentle and thoughtful approach brought comfort to both the patient and his family during an incredibly difficult time. The family was profoundly touched by her compassion and dedication, which helped them feel supported as they navigated a challenging situation.
