Dayse was my daughter's nurse for two days while we were transferred from Golisano. Dayse ended up having our daughter during two really bad days for her. When she arrived via life flight she was having bleeding in her breathing tube. This ended up giving her some bad episodes and paused the option for her procedure. Dayse was kind and loving towards my husband and me through everything. She never seemed stressed by the situation at hand and allowed my husband and I to be at the bedside with her and help as much as possible. Even taking the time to snap a photo or two for us when things weren't so stressful. Being 3 hours from home in an area with no family, scared to death of every bump in the road, it is refreshing and reassuring to have people like Dayse in your corner. She asked the questions for us that we didn't think of and I genuinely felt like she was advocating for the best care possible for our baby.
