Dazzerale went out of her way to provide a card for a patient who was sad about not being able to see his daughter on Father's Day. He had told her several days prior that he didn't have a good relationship with her anyway and was very doubtful that she'd come see him. Dazzerale got others directly involved in his care to sign the card as well. It was a small gesture but so kind to show that we really do care for our patients. He was very touched by her thoughtfulness. She helped make a difficult day a little easier for this patient and I'm sure he won't forget that.
