Deana was the highlight of our experience in ICU. She is the very personification of a caring nurse. Deana took time out of her busy schedule to put our family at ease. She was always willing to help and answer questions, whether it was medical or concerning the area we were staying. She made our entire family feel comfortable during her 12-hour shift. Deana was a delight to be around and has a joyful disposition. Her willingness to promote a positive atmosphere and share personal stories provided the healing our family needed. Her honesty and undivided attention are some of her most valuable qualities. Deana made us forget why we were here, easing our stress, weariness, and pain we were experiencing due to our circumstances. We truly appreciate Deana; she is an inspiration.
