Deana is extremely friendly and attentive to patient's needs, she takes time out to explain things when asked, comes to room when needed and just to check to see if you need anything. She is an all-around sweet, caring, genuine caregiver.

Deana went out to buy a patient diapers for her 2 grandchildren (8mth and 10mths). The patient had been crying and did not want to say what was wrong. She finally confided in Deana that she had no money for diapers for her 2 grandchildren she is raising due to being in the hospital. Without a second thought Deana went and bought some diapers for her. She went above and beyond the call of duty.
