For the past two years, I have seen the care and concern DeAngelo brings to his job at the Firm Clinic. No matter what my request may be, DeAngelo handles it with professionalism and respect. He is organized and prompt with his response. You just know he loves his job!
He remembers everything I tell him and he always gets an answer! Detail is his middle name. While reviewing my drug list with me at my clinic visit last week, DeAngelo looked at me and said, "Do you need a larger medication box?" DeAngelo always exceeds my health care expectations in both service and support. He is a very essential part of the Firm Clinic team. He is a dedicated nurse and an all-around great guy! I am very pleased with the level of care the VA and this clinic offers.
