Deann is a wonderful. She is always there when I need her. One of her great qualities is that she has patience, which she needs to take care of me. When I needed something, she went above and beyond to help me get what I need. She would call the doctor or whatever she had to do to fix the problem. Even if she was about to be off, she would still continue to make sure one way or another that I would be taken care of. If other nurses did not do their job correctly, that upset me. She would see that and make sure to fix the problem right away. She is a very excellent nurse, extremely intelligent and that knowledge shows in her work. She is very professional, hardworking, and sweet.
When I'm having a problem, she listens and helps me through it. If I do not understand something, she explains it to me. She gives me all the time I need as long as she can. It is always nice to able to see a friendly smile! If for any reason she cannot answer a question nor do something, she will get someone else right away to take care of me. She does a spectacular job and I believe that she should be honored for it.
