Deanna Kaufman took wonderful care of me during the last 7 weeks of my pregnancy. I went into preterm labor at 33 weeks; it was always so comforting every time I came in to see such a friendly face. I knew that myself and unborn baby were in good hands no matter what. Finally, it was time to have my baby, an induction was scheduled. Well, somethings happened, and I needed a C-section. Deanna was there for me during the whole process. During my C-section, I had some complications that required me to be in the O.R. for longer than expected. She took my husband back to our room with the baby and made sure they were taken care of. When I finally got to hold and see my baby, Deanna told me to take all the time I wanted before bringing my family back. She got me cleaned up and more presentable for my visitors. She was also extremely helpful with breastfeeding. Deanna is an asset to the OB unit/MCH. I honestly cannot thank her enough.
