Letter #1-She was so nice and very caring. She kept us very informed and told us the full truth and didn’t sugar coat anything. No matter what, she did all she could for us and tried her best to make us and my grandpa feel comfortable.

She showed great compassion and was honest with us about everything. I think the greatest part was that she stayed after her shift and continued to walk us through the final minutes of my grandfather’s life. I could not have asked for a better RN to help us with our grandfather. She asked me if she could be completely honest about grandpa’s prognosis and I said please don’t hold anything back. She was open, honest and compassionate. She stayed after her shift to be with us and show support. She was supportive, compassionate, understanding, competent and overall outstanding. She truly made our situation a little easier to deal with.
