Deb C Hansen, RN

Deb has spent so much time with our dad and “gets him” and his fun quirks. She laughs with him, but she absolutely gives 110% all of the time, making sure he has what he needs and cares for his physical, social, and emotional health. If there is a small or no-so-small physical challenge Dad is facing, she communicates efficiently and effectively with family. She knows I’m busy at work, so she types me a detailed email explaining what is going on and how they are working to make things better for him. She is very caring and always so detail-oriented in his care. She effectively works with the VA hospital to make sure his meds are always in York on time. I marvel at the amount of time she spends with him in conversation and care. She has built a trust with Dad, and that’s a huge step!
