This lady changed my life. I never thought I'd be able to open up, but she made me feel so comfortable that I was able to break through that nutshell. That is something that I will always remember. She changed my life so much that I now will be an RN. I want to impact people's lives the way she did mine.

Deb is a new RN to our unit. but she has shown herself to be an outstanding RN. She is knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. She has a positive attitude and is highly motivated. She is a team player and always helps out when other staff need assistance. She helps with completing work on the computer even if she has not done a particular task before. She is the epitome of a Magnet RN.

Deb is super nice and very assertive. She doesn't take guff from any patient because she is so quick to speak. I love that, I wish to be that way too.
