Deb Scantlebury, RN

I would like to nominate her, for not just being a preceptor but for opening up her home to new orientees. Deb has them over to her house and makes them feel really welcome.  Being a good preceptor is essential for fostering a positive work environment and encouraging continued excellence.  She has also impacted her team members by keeping an abundance of supplies in her home. If the team needs anything, they know Deb will surely have it in her home.
