Deb Weiss shows kindness, compassion, and sincerity to every one of her patients. Not only does she show these qualities to her patients, but also to her coworkers. Deb goes out of her way to help anyone that comes through our doors whether it be patients, family members, or coworkers. She truly is a one of a kind nurse that greets everyone with a smile.

Deb is unbelievably knowledgeable in all aspects of the operating room and is an asset to our team. She is a team player and I have the utmost respect for her.
