We had a patient/family whose goals were for the patient to go to the Hospice House for end-of-life care. Unfortunately, due to the high census, the patient was unable to be transferred. Deb spent several hours with the patient and her husband. She provided exemplary care to this patient and her family. She was present with the patient and her husband when she passed. She provided beautiful post-mortem care and did not leave the patient's husband until he felt very well cared for. Thank you from the entire team for a job well done! We feel Deb went above and beyond for this family.
