To a somewhat frail, decidedly indelicate, and frustrated 74-year-old new cancer patient, Ms. Bass was and still is a calming, knowledgeable and professional nurse to me in every way. She has kept in close contact with me and explained various procedures, etc, so I do understand what is happening and why. Her compassion is complete and honest. She is a star in her chosen field!
