Debbie was kind, welcoming and made me feel comfortable and calm in the midst of pain and uncertainty. Debbie explained procedures which took a long time to do but through it all Debbie was patient and efficient and proactive for my medical needs. Debbie was like a wonderful friend in my time of need. She was so compassionate to me and my husband as the long hours dragged on. I did get admitted to the hospital and I wish I could have taken Debbie with me. Debbie made a painful, difficult time as positive an experience as possible.
