In the MWPH Primary Care Clinic for medically complex children, Debbie provided holistic care to an infant on a ventilator and neurologically devastated at home using critical thinking skills to coordinate all aspects of the baby's care. Debbie makes herself available to this mother to answer questions and review teaching and discharge instructions. Debbie always encouraged the mother and complimented her on how well she was taking care of her baby.
