Debbie Taylor is a dedicated nurse leader. She is committed to the whole patient and person. Her care extends beyond task-orientation. Her experience and compassion shows through her everyday interactions. Every moment is a teaching and learning opportunity for patients and colleagues alike.

She brings the same attention and energy to every situation that presents itself and she follows through to completion and beyond. She will often call a patient or colleague to follow up on the outcome of their situation.

She doesn't hesitate to lend a helping hand or volunteer information that can help another person no matter their status. She never disrespects anyone. She truly believes that there is never a dumb questions and encourages people to ask about anything on their mind and never lets anyone feel like they are putting her out.
