Debbie Mechanic is a superstar! She is such a supportive nurse. Upon coming to Bethesda, I told myself that I wasn't going to breastfeed. Debbie changed my mind completely and I am so happy that she did. This superstar nurse was a real leader and team player. Debbie worked with labor and delivery and the NICU to ensure that my baby got what he needed. On my last day, Debbie assisted my baby to latch and made sure that I had all of my supplies. Debbie constantly checked in on me. I really couldn't have done it without her!
