I witnessed nurse Deb out in the hall with her patient; an elderly patient with a speech impediment (possibly stroke?). She was telling Deb which songs she wanted her to perform and Deb was singing them for her. I could tell the patient was really enjoying her personal concert. It touched me because it showed that the nurse was willing to go above and beyond her regular shift duties to care for her patients. Plus, she had a very nice singing voice, which was pleasant to hear through the hall.
