I wanted to share this experience of one of our patients in Endoscopy. We are a department that is not the most pleasant to come to, but RNs like Debbie make the experience exceptional and as Debbie's manager, I am so awed by her knowledge, her devotion to the craft of nursing and caring. It is an absolute pleasure having her work beside me in our department. Debbie is a true DAISY Nurse.

I am writing today for both my mother and me to share our gratitude for Nurse Debbie. My mother was very nervous and scared about her recent GI procedure. Nurse Debbie took exceptional care of her, and my mom talked about her all the way home. She mentioned her calmness, friendliness, and truly caring nature!
