My daughter came in through the ER and we were admitted to Pedi for two days. The first night was the scariest for her and me; however, Miss Debbie made my daughter laugh, talk, and cry from happiness. The gift Debbie gave my daughter will never be forgotten. My daughter now wants to be a nurse. She has never been interested in much, but because of Debbie, she now knows what she wants to do. Miss Debbie brought a light to her eyes I needed to see. Because she had been so sick, we had been up for days and nights and Debbie did everything in her power to make her comfortable. And as for me, no question went unanswered; Debbie would answer them before I could even ask some of them. From the bottom of my heart, we were truly blessed to have her. It ended up being wonderful and beautiful in a bad situation. Thank you.
